MISO HUMMUS
Ingredients
1 can(400g) Chickpea or cooked chickpea
1/4 cup Tahini
1/4 cup Lemon juice
1/4 cup Olive oil
1-2 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp~ West coast chickpea miso or Yuzu Chili Chickpea Miso or Gochujang style Chickpea Miso
Shichimi pepper or chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
Blend chickpea, tahini, and lemon juice in a food processer
Slowly add oil and blend until it gets smooth
Add yuzu chili miso or west coast chickpea miso as much as you like!
Sprinkle some shichimi pepper or chili flakes
