MISO GLAZE
Ingredients
1 lb Poultry, meat, fish or tofu
1.5 TBSP West coast chickpea miso or Yuzu Chili Chickpea Miso or Gochujang style Chickpea Miso
1.5 TBSP Sake
1 tsp Sweetener(liquid type is better such as maple syrup/ honey/ agave syrup)
Instructions
Pan fry protein until it’s cooked
Put miso glaze mixture on protein
Put a lid on for a minute until miso mixture is nice and warm
