SHIO-KOJI EGG

Ingredients

  • 1 Boiled egg

  • 1 TBSP Shio-koji

Instructions

  1. Make boiled egg (I usually put eggs in boiled water for 7 minutes)

  2. Put in water, peel

  3. Put peeled egg and shio-koji in a reusable bag and let the air out

  4. Marinate for over night to a week
