BEAN SPROUTS
Ingredients
1 bag Bean sprout
1 TBSP Any Shio-Koji (plain・ traditional, chive lemon or yuzu kimchi)
Some Sesame seed (optional)
Some Chili flakes (optional)
1 tsp Sesame oil (if you use shio-koji)
Instructions
Lightly boil bean sprouts about a minute. Drain and cool.
Mix Shio-Koji, sesame oil, sprinkle some sesame seeds and Korean seaweed if desired.
