SHIO-KOJI WORKSHOP

It was my very first workshop about Koji, Japanese Fermentation in my life. It was knowledgeable and gave me enough interest to start Koji life! Their sample foods were all amazing too!

What a fun, informative and tasty workshop! You will learn what koji is, how to make them and how to use koji for cooking. I especially loved the hands on part and tasting part. Cannot wait to try cooking with my own little batch of koji soon!

Shino and Satomi out did themselves for this workshop… the ambience was perfect, the graphics, handouts and right down to the moment the food that they served us….and the food…. Out of this world good…simple yet complex, simple yet beautifully presented, simply amazing…. It was the best 2 hours I have spent in a very long time…

Cozy Koji tastes great and the fact that they will teach you how to make your own at home shows how much love these two have for their product! Love it!

This was an absolute blast! Very informative and knowledgeable teachers, fascinating to learn about Koji, and I left feeling very comfortable and excited to make my own Shio-Koji. The food was delicious, the atmosphere friendly and comfortable, and I can't wait to share my culinary learnings with my own friends and family! Would definitely recommend and will be coming back for more workshops!
