<How to use>

  • Dry rub base ( spread shio-koji powder evenly on poultry, fish, meat or tofu, and leave it for at least 30 minutes up to a few days in a refrigerator before cooking)

  • Salt alternative

  • Sprinkle as seasoning on stir fry, soup, potatoes or anything else.
