5 min. BEAN SPROUTS x Shio-Koji(Chive Salt Koji)

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Bean sprout

  • 1 TBSP Chive Salt Koji or Shio-Koji

  • Some Sesame seed (optional)

  • Some Chili flakes (optional)

  • 1 tsp Sesame oil (if you use shio-koji)

Instructions

  1. Lightly boil bean sprouts about a minute. Drain and cool.

  2. Mix NEGI shio-koji or shio-koji + sesame oil, sprinkle some sesame seeds and chili flakes if desired.
