SHIO-KOJI SALSA

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Tomato or cherry tomato (cut)

  • 3 TBSP Shio-Koji

  • 1/4 cup Onion or shallot(chopped)

  • 1-2 cloves Garlic (minced)

  • 1 Jalapeño (minced)

  • 1 Lime juice

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a container and mix well

  2. You can eat right away or marinate 30 minutes in a fridge

  3. Consume within a couple of day otherwise it gets watery*

    *Note: If the salsa get’s watery, make a spicy tomato sauce!

    Cook watery salsa in a pot for 20 minutes. Add fresh tomato or can of tomato
