MISO GLAZE

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Poultry, meat, fish or tofu

  • 1.5 TBSP Yuzu Chili Miso/ Chickpea miso

  • 1.5 TBSP Sake

  • 1 tsp Sweetener( liquid type is better such as maple syrup/ honey/ agave syrup)

Instructions

  1. Pan fry protein until it’s cooked

  2. Put miso glaze mixture on protein

  3. Put a lid on for a minute until miso mixture is nice and warm
